The design of two way cyclone heat aspirating and degradation enhances the use ratio of heat and exhausting of smoke,
fog and heat of the machine. We take advantage of the advanced experience of heat management of German coffee roasters
and apply rear straight-line turbine booster fan to the unit where the heat circulate from X13 to Y1 and make sure the efficiency of heat up to 95%. Then the exhaust gas of smoke and fog would come to Y2/Y4 via X3/X2-5 for exchanging and no leakage of exhaust gas during the function of the unit.
The above diagram is the design of regular field installation of DONGYI PRO-ROASTING Machines. The design and quotation includes the equipment except afterburner/ESP smoke filter.
