Working principle:
The material enters the machine from the hopper at the top, and through the vibration of the vibrator device, the material slides down the channel, accelerates down into the observation area of the sorting room, and passes through the sensor and the background plate. Under the action of the light source, according to the strength of light and color changes, the system produces output signal to drive the solenoid valve to blow out the color particles to the hopper waste cavity, and the good selected material continues to fall to the hopper finished product cavity, so as to achieve other purposes.
